“Birth of the Brew” Pale Ale
Starting the journey seemed a bit daunting, but in retrospect, a pretty easy brew from True Brew Kits. This was a great first brew for the hop head, which we kind of are (although really not that hoppy). It’s good to start with a style you enjoy, so even if you screw it up, you should still find some pleasure. Our friends like it, or maybe it was the sweet logo they liked.
